Got added as a developer?
Step 1: Obtain a CVS Client for windows. I suggest TortoiseCVS, you can find it here: http://www.tortoisecvs.org/download.shtml
Install the program.
Step 2: Make a new folder somewhere on your computer (Just go ahead and make it on your desktop).
Step 3: Right-Click inside this new folder and click the newly added option "CVS Checkout..."
In the CVSROOT Field Type this: email@example.com:/cvsroot/gmailerxp, replacing 'username' with your SourceForge username.
Under protocol make sure Secure Shell (:ext:) is chosen.
The other fields should get filled in automatically.
In the Module field enter "GmailerXP" w/o the quotes. NOTE: This field is VERY Case Sensitive.
Then hit OK.
TortoiseCVS will then begin to get the files from the server, you'll be asked if you want to accept a "KEY" file, click yes.
Then you'll be asked for a password. enter your SourceForge password here.
After that TortoiseCVS will begin to retrieve the files you need to work GmailerXP.
Step 4: Work on the files.
Step 5: After you're done editing, right-click on the folder that was created and click "CVS Commit..."
Enter any notes you wish and hit OK.
You'll be asked for your password possibly more than once while TortoiseCVS does its thing, go ahead and enter it each time, you'll get confirmation once the operation has been completed.
Well that about does it, if you'd like to use another client than TortoiseCVS, let me know and I'll try my best to help you.
